About this task

During an examination, active participants on a supervisory activity (SA) can associate findings directly with individual agent location requests, ensuring that issues are clearly documented and linked to the supporting evidence.

Procedure

Navigate to your supervisory activity.
Click Agent Location Requests.
Click the Response Received icon on the Agent Location Request Summary.
In the Agent Location Request Details table, under the Actions column, select ⋮ for the desired agent location request to show the list of available actions.
Select Manage Finding Association.
Search for the relevant findings.
Select the desired findings from the grid.
Click Confirm Associations.
