Managing Procedure Review Information

Learn how to use Review Mode for procedures and add procedure review information for specific procedures in an SA.

About this task

SES provides a way for you to add, update, or delete comments for procedures on an SA, and highlight them with different colors.

Procedure

  1. Navigate to your supervisory activity.

  2. Click Examination.
    The examinations tab in the Supervisory Activity module
  3. Click Procedures tab.

    Note: Use Review Mode to limit the number of columns that are displayed. This mode can help you identify procedures that have observations or attachments associated with them.

  4. With Review Mode turned on, click the edit icon in the last column to the right of the Procedures grid.
  5. Enter any relevant review comments.
  6. Select who should see the procedure review information.
  7. Optional: Choose the highlighting color for the review comment.
  8. Click the Save Procedure Review button.

Results

The procedure review information is added to a Review Comments column in the Procedures grid. You can use the edit icon to add more comments, update existing comments, remove highlighting, or delete.
